Casey Young - President
I have over 18 years of national commercial real estate experience, and I've worked tirelessly to built a reputation as an expert in sales, leasing, and asset management across various commercial types.
I am a San Diego local and proud graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University where I double majored in BA and Marketing. Throughout my career, I've achieved significant milestones, including becoming the youngest Vice President in my previous firm’s history and the only individual to earn top salesperson honors for four consecutive years before founding CAY Capital, Inc.
I've represented buyers and sellers in over $200 million in acquisitions and dispositions and leased over 12 million square feet of commercial space. I believe my comprehensive knowledge of commercial real estate enables me to provide a tailored advisory experience for my clients that is unmatched in the industry.
Beyond real estate, I am a devoted husband and father, who cherishes time with my family above all else. Away from the office, I can often be found traveling or chasing around my children or a golf ball.
Jordan Ellis - Assiciate
Jordan Ellis supports the CAY Capital team across research, data analysis, and day to day execution. Working alongside our brokerage and management teams, Jordan assists with market intelligence, property research, and internal workflow efficiency.
By integrating advanced tools into our platform, Jordan helps streamline processes, improve response times, and enhance consistency across deliverables. This allows our team to remain focused on client relationships, strategy, and execution.
