Casey Young is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 18 years of national experience, specializing in sales, leasing, and asset management across a diverse range of asset classes. He is known for his strategic insight, disciplined execution, and ability to deliver consistently strong outcomes for his clients.

A San Diego native and graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University, where he earned a dual degree in Business Administration and Marketing, Casey has distinguished himself throughout his career with a series of notable achievements. He became the youngest Vice President in his previous firm’s history and remains the only individual to have earned top salesperson honors for four consecutive years prior to founding CAY Capital, Inc.

Over the course of his career, Casey has represented clients in more than $200 million in acquisitions and dispositions and has completed over 12 million square feet of leasing transactions. His comprehensive understanding of the market, combined with a highly personalized and hands on approach, allows him to serve as a trusted advisor to investors, owners, and occupiers alike.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Casey is a devoted husband and father. He places a strong emphasis on family and, when away from the office, enjoys traveling, spending time with his children, and pursuing his passion for golf.
