Mr. Young has 18+ years of national commercial real estate experience. Throughout his career, he has developed a reputation as an expert in sales, leasing, and asset management of various commercial asset types.

Casey is a proud graduate from Point Loma Nazarene University with a double BA in Business and Marketing.

Casey has achieved significant professional accomplishments throughout his career, including becoming the youngest Vice President in his previous firm’s history, and the only person to achieve top salesperson honors four years in a row before departing to start CAY Capital, Inc.

Throughout his career, Casey has represented buyers and sellers in over 100 million dollars in acquisitions and dispositions and has leased over 12-million square feet of commercial space. He believes that his comprehensive knowledge of commercial real estate allows for a tailored advisory experience for his clients that is unmatched throughout the industry.  

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Casey is also a proud husband and father, and away from the office you will likely find him spending time or traveling with his family.
